Meet our staff
- Jean Marie Lanctot – AKA Miss Jeannie. Jeannie has been the Director at Holy Angels Preschool since 2007. During most of that time she has been the teacher in our Kindergarten classroom. Recently, she has moved upstairs to assist in the preschool 3 Year-Old room when needed, but mostly spends time keeping the school organized and prepared. She believes that children learn best by having a “hands on” experience as this helps in their young brain development. Her excitement for teaching never seems to waiver!
- Melanie Sherwood – Mrs. Sherwood has been with us here at Holy Angels Preschool since 2008. When she first started she was with our youngest students, our 3-year old class. She soon discovered that her passion was with the older pre-kindergarten set and there she has been ever since. She continues to bring new ideas into the classroom each and every year.
- Chandra Pike – Miss Chandra has been here at Holy Angels Preschool since 2019. She is wonderful asset in the classroom of our youngest students, our preschool classes! She has a certain knack with this younger set and it was a blessing to get her here at Holy Angels!
- Sandy Dooley-Mrs. Dooley is continuing her teaching journey here with us after teaching kindergarten for over 20 years in Sandown, NH. She has officially retired from teaching but continues to help out in our pre-k class. Sandy has been with us since 2019. Fun fact: Miss Jeannie’s 3 children and 1 of Mrs. Sherwood’s children, all had Mrs. Dooley as a kindergarten teacher, and they are now all adults and graduates of college!
- Colette Mencis- Miss Colette has been at Holy Angels Preschool, since 2020, but only as a staff member. She was a parent at our school first. She started as the Teacher’s Assistant in our Preschool 3/4 classroom and now she teaches Pre-Kindergarten in our new classroom. Miss Colette comes to us with a wealth of knowledge in many different areas of childcare.
- Kim McCormack– Kim is our newest teacher here in 2023. Kim is not new to teaching. She taught in a private school for many years before joining us here! She is the Assistant in the 3-year-old class and her and Miss Chandra make a great team!
- Kathryn Consalvo– Kathryn has been a part of Holy Angels since one of her youngest daughters attended here 5 years ago. Now, her youngest son attends while she teaches the kindergarten/multi-age class. Kathryn’s area of specialty includes a love of literacy and it certainly shows!
- Debby Pelletier– Miss Debby joins us again this year as our Teacher’s Assistant in our pre-k class with Mrs. Sherwood. She comes with us with a wealth of educational experience. She is most known for the time she put in at the before/afterschool program at Atkinson Academy as well as the Hillside School many years ago.
